Please read this document carefully before registering or using any services on logototo. Continued use of the platform means you agree to all the terms below.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, browsing, or using the logototo platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained herein. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you, the user, and logototo as the service provider. Continued use of this platform after any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
Logototo is strictly available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
Each user is allowed to register only one account. Multiple accounts by the same person are strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being suspended or permanently closed. All information provided during registration must be accurate, true, and up-to-date. logototo reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. logototo will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your negligence. Please contact support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all activities conducted through their accounts comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You must not use this platform for any illegal purposes, disrupt other users, or compromise the platform's system integrity.
Logototo reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts without prior notice in cases of terms violations, fraud, system manipulation attempts, or at the platform’s sole discretion. Users whose accounts are closed due to breaches are not eligible to reapply.
3. Payments, Transactions, and Financial Policies
All transactions on the logototo platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users must ensure that the payment methods used are their own and legally valid. Using third-party payment methods without authorization is prohibited.
Deposits will be credited to user accounts once the payment is confirmed by the system. Processing times vary depending on the payment method chosen. logototo is not responsible for any additional charges levied by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. logototo reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests if there are doubts about the source of funds, suspicious activity, or if the user has not met the minimum wagering requirements for any bonus.
Any disputes related to transactions must be submitted to customer support within 30 days from the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

- Unauthorized account access due to user negligence
- Losses from relying on third-party information

5. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links

All content on the logototo platform, including but not limited to logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software code, and databases, is the exclusive property of logototo or its licensors. The logototo brand, logo, and related trademarks are protected. Unauthorized use may lead to legal action.

The logototo platform may contain links to third-party websites or services provided solely for user convenience. logototo does not control third-party content and is not responsible for their privacy policies, content, or practices. Access to third-party sites is at user’s own risk.
6. Amendments, Governing Law, and Contact Us

Logototo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publishing on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page regularly to stay informed of the latest applicable terms. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. Users hereby agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
